MMP Portrait Drawings

The ordering process is actually quite easy.  Just follow these few short steps and you’ll be right on track in getting a new portrait drawing to add to your memories.

Step 1:  Choose Your Photos to be Drawn From

Choose 3 or 4 photos that you would like the artist to study and work from.  (Specify which photo you actually want to be drawn from).  The other photos will be references for the artist so the best quality portrait can be obtained.  Next, choose how you want to send the photos (either post mail or email).

Step 2:  Fill Out the Order Form

Fill out the order form that can be found on the “Order Form” page of this site.  You can either print the form and fill it out or you can copy it into an email, fill out the answers, and send it via email.  Either way, make sure to send it along with your photos.  If the form is sent separately, it could slow down the process of the artist receiving your information causing you to receive your finished portrait a little later. Step 3:  Choosing Your Payment Method

You now need to make the decision on how you want to pay for the portrait drawing.  You can either pay online by using PayPal or you can send a check or money order made payable to Michelle Pozzi.  Any check or money order can be sent to:

Step 4:  Drawing the Portrait

After receiving all of the information, the artist will begin drawing your portrait drawing (please allow 2-4 weeks for this step to be completed.)

Step 5:  Viewing the Completed Drawing

When the portrait drawing is completed, we will contact you so you can view the finished piece online so we know that it is done to your liking before we ship it out to you.  We will contact you at your preferred contact point that you chose on the order form.

Step 6:  Confirmation

After you view your finished portrait, you now need to let us know if you like it or not.  If you don’t, we’ll take the information on what you do not like and the artist will re-draw it for you at no extra charge.  If you do like it, we will send it out to you in the mail within 2-3 business days. 

Step 7:  Mailing

Finally, we will mail your completed portrait drawing to you via regular post mail.  The finished portrait will be mailed in a cardboard photo mailer to prevent any damage (rolling, bending, etc).  We will include the original photos that you sent to us to draw from with the finished portrait.  And remember, shipping and handling is free for the customer.
